REQUESTING EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE

For emergency maintenance (defined as uncontrolled running water leaks, no heat in extreme cold temperatures, sewer line blockage affecting entire dwelling, electrical sparking, etc.) please call (720) 608-4700, ext. 20.

If you detect a gas leak, please move a safe distance away from the unit before calling for help.

REQUESTING NON-EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE

We cannot send a vendor or maintenance company out after hours or on the weekends for appliance repair or non-emergency repairs.

Per the terms of our lease agreement, you may be responsible at your own expense for negligence, misuse or violating any term of the lease agreement that causes damage or the need for a repair. Common examples include: Toilet backups, slow drains, resetting electric breaker, resetting garbage disposal or clogging a garbage disposal, furnace filter replacement (to be done quarterly by the tenant), pest control, battery or light bulb replacement, water filter, salt pellet replacement.

If you're encountering an issue in your rental home, simply log in to the portal to request a maintenance visit. We'll start working on your request as soon as possible.  Texting or calling for non-emergency maintenance will delay your maintenance request and is not recommended.
