Our Story

My brother and I purchased our first investment property in 2009, and we continued to purchase rental properties throughout the subprime mortgage crisis. With all the showings, maintenance, and tenant check-ins for multiple properties, we quickly realized our to-do list was not getting smaller. There were no longer enough hours in the day to get everything done.

This is when I decided I needed professional management.

I could not find a property management company in Denver that I liked or trusted. These companies were either too big to get to know me or they never called me back! That’s when I said, “Enough. Somebody needs to represent these great owners and assist tenants when something happens.”

That’s when I decided to start HighPoint. I was committed to providing world-class brokerage services and property management in Denver and surrounding areas including Broomfield, Louisville, Westminster, Arvada, Thornton, Brighton, and Erie.

  As a renter this property management company is extremely efficient.  From the online application process and payments to the responsiveness of issues this management company is top notch.

The onboarding process was fantastic.  Even though we arrived late on a weekend, the management company arranged passcodes for us to get into the property and left instructions for auditing the property.
