Interested applicants can learn more about the home, schedule a showing, and even submit an application online.

Once we receive the application, we’ll work to ensure the potential tenant meets all of our guidelines. We require a credit score of at least 600, in addition to income that total at least three times the monthly rent. Other requirements include a clean rental history and no criminal background.

Maintenance and Repairs

We’ve partnered with a trusted network of local vendors and contractors to simplify the maintenance process. Tenants can easily submit a request online through the tenant portal, or instead simply phone our offices for assistance. We aim to process maintenance requests on the same day they are received, and we coordinate with our vendors to provide the service as quickly as possible.

Because we manage such a wide assortment of local homes, we’ve negotiated preferential rates with our contractors. We’re in turn able to pass these savings on to our clients, resulting in lower repair bills.

Rent Collection and Accounting

Tired of chasing your renters for their check each month? Let us take care of it for you. We handle all rent collection responsibilities, and we follow up with tenants who have missed a payment. We always strive to resolve these situations as amicably as possible, but we can also initiate legal eviction proceedings if necessary. In addition to collecting rent, we keep complete records of all expenses and income, and we disburse earnings rapidly to protect your cash flow.
